How do you price engagements?
A flat monthly retainer agreed before we start. No hourly billing and no scope surprises at the end of the month.
What if we only need one thing?
Then take Focus. Most teams do not need six disciplines at once, and we will say so on the first call.
How long until we see results?
Positioning and lifecycle work usually shows inside six weeks. Paid and brand take a full quarter before the numbers mean anything.
Do you work with in-house teams?
Almost always. The handover in week eleven is the point of the whole engagement.
What happens after the twelve weeks?
Most clients move to a lighter quarterly review. Some do not need us at all, which is a good outcome.
Can we start with a smaller test?
Yes. A two-week paid audit, credited against the first month if you continue.
