AFTERCLICK started in 2021, after the four of us spent a combined twenty years watching the same thing happen: a positioning deck lands, everyone nods, and six weeks later the campaigns say something completely different.
The problem was never the strategy. It was that nobody who wrote it stayed around to build anything. So we built a studio where the same team does both, and where the engagement ends with your team running the system instead of renewing a retainer.
We take on six clients a year. It is a deliberate ceiling, and it is the reason we can say no to work that does not fit.
How we operate
Four rules we actually follow.
We start from evidence
Every engagement opens with an audit. If the data says the problem is elsewhere, we say so before you sign.
One team, no hand-offs
The people on the intro call are the people doing the work. There is no bench and no junior swap-in.
We ship, then measure
Nothing sits in review for three weeks. Work goes live instrumented, and we adjust from what actually happens.
We hand it back
If you still need us after twelve weeks to run the basics, the engagement did not do its job.
The team
Four people, no bench.
